Working Sculpture Base

Finely sanded 12" circle of 1/2" fitted with a pipe flange and 1" x 10" double threaded pipe (and a bit of pool noodle of course)

This is a great base to do sculpture as you can add elbows and more pipe to configure a base for the item you are making.  This basic base (when wrapped with balls of newsprint) makes an exceptional base to build/support the creation of heads and still keep them hollow.
